Give your child the gift of hands-on learning in our toolbox-building workshop. Guided by experienced instructors, kids will safely explore woodworking basics, learn to use tools, and craft their very own custom toolbox. This fun and educational class fosters confidence, creativity, and practical skills, leaving your child with a sense of achievement and a functional keepsake they’ll treasure. This class includes laser engraving of a special message.

Considerations

Your child’s finished tool box will be approximately 14”L x 6 ”W x 9”H. Laser engraving is limited to two lines of straight text along with our logo. Please be aware that for this class, the main pieces of the project will be pre-cut before the start of the session. The project will be assembled and sanded in the shop, ready for painting at home, if desired.

Please remember that wood is a naturally sourced material and may contain flaws or imperfections.

Attire

For your safety and protection, please ensure that you wear tight-fitting shirts, long pants, and closed-toed shoes throughout the class. During heavy machine and power tool operations, it is imperative to tie back long hair, roll up long sleeves, and wear hearing and eye protection. You are welcome to bring your own protective gear, or you may use the ones we provide free of charge.

Minimum Age Requirement: 8 years old

Duration: ~2 hour (Please note that this is an estimation that may differ based on your proficiency and learning speed.)
